
Cancellation Policy
This is the Cancellation Policy of Perla norðursins hf., kt. 561115-1680, Varmahlíð 1 (Öskjuhlíð), 105 Reykjavík, Iceland.
1. Amending a booking for Perlan
To amend a booking, please send us a request via email at [email protected] and reference your original booking confirmation number. Groups buying tickets via Bókun need to make amendments in Bókun. A group can change the ticket to another date within 24 hours of the booked service hour.
2. Cancelling a booking
A. Individuals
All cancellations must be presented to Perlan via [email protected].
If you cancel within 24 hours’ notice, 100 % is refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method following the cancellation approval.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be made. However, it is possible to change the ticket to another date at the time of booking.
Perlan reserves the right to cancel all bookings and reservations when unable to provide the company’s services due to Force majeure events, such as but not limited to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or any other irregularity outside the company’s control. In such an event, no compensation or refund is payable.
Perlan disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness, or schedule changes caused by Force Majeure events, such as but not limited to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or any other irregularity outside the company’s control, and for expenses due to any of these reasons.
Perlan disclaims responsibility for any guest valuables that might get lost or damaged during the visit. All such losses and expenses are the guest's liability.
B. Groups booked via Bókun
All cancellations must be made through BÓKUN (Perlan booking system).
If a group cancels within 24 hours’ notice, 100 % is refunded.
No refund is made if a group cancels within 24 hours’ notice. However, the group can change the ticket to another date within 24 hours.
